How can I see a copy of the actual budget? This is total crap. Every nonexempt person in the MTA should lose their car and driver -let them take mass transit,like everyone else. Raise ad rates to advewho don
‘rtise. The increase in ridership means a bigger audience and the rates should reflect that. Take the seats out of two cars on each train so we can fit more people. And sorry, but we really don’t need a “nostalgia train.” Nor do we need people And the MTA does not need 444 pr and communications people. I’m in PR and I know what stuff costs.

Subway systems all over Japan, and in Hong Kong, cover their operating costs with fares.
